343i can chase the Fortnite crowd all they want, just like they chased the CoD crowd, just like they're trying to chase the eSports crowd.
I laugh, and move onto another game in the meantime. This game is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke, but at least the cat-ear whales are paying the way for the rest of us so as long as 343i continues to ♥♥♥♥ up. They should at least add a current regional player count so I can tell if there is even the potential for a match in my region. Useless weapons, paperweight vehicles, and maps that just suck. Ive tried to find a BTB game on 5 separate occasions and couldnt even find a single game after 10 minutes of searching. Let's not even get into the gameplay issues of BTB. But if the 'cash shop' is broken, Lord knows they'd get called back in ASAP to fix that ♥♥♥♥. The live stream opened with the developers. They'll take a "holiday break" when the game is broken. However, it seems like those eager to playing Halo Infinite multiplayer for the first time in the next Flight due to begin tomorrow may have to wait. But even now, a week into the new year, big team battle works 1/10th of the time, and never the first time.
No fix over the holidays because devs were on vacation. And of course, 343i took their long holiday break almost immediately after the launch of the campaign, which did function mostly fine for the majority of the population. It was the launch of campaign that somehow made BTB's servers defective. In a bit of an ironic twist, BTB was functional at launch.
